Cellulite is seen as an aesthetic skin problem that causes the surface
of the skin to have a dimpled appearance, that is, "orange peel"
appearance, as said among the public. It mostly occurs in the hips, thighs, and
abdomen, and is more common among women. A large amount of fat is stored in the
upper layer of the skin, and these fat cells form what is called cellulite,
creating an indented appearance. Although it is not known exactly why it
occurs, weight, hormonal changes and genetic factors can cause cellulite
formation. Some methods are used to prevent or reduce this skin problem that
almost every woman can experience, one of which is anti-cellulite cream.
